The only way a global community like ours has worked so well is through transparent and sound leadership. This means we have a hierarchy within our staff structure, and all those who are a part of the staff team are to respect this structure accordingly.- Rendog 

Master Dogcraft Management Echelons Summary

The Dogcraft management structure is organized into five main administrative branches under the leadership of the Community Admin, who reports to Rendog. Each branch has specific roles and responsibilities:

  • Discord Admin: Oversees the Discord Headmod, who manages Discord Mods and the Media Team.

  • Web Admin: Manages the Wiki Maintainer and web-related functions.

  • Server Admin: Supervises the Server Headmods, DCT Lead, and server moderation team, including Server Mods, Server ChatMods, and Helpers.

  • Patreon Admin: Leads the Patreon Headmod and supporting Server Mods.

This tiered structure ensures clear delegation, communication, and accountability across all Dogcraft platforms and functions.

All departments under the Dogcraft Umbrella should have leadership in place that all ultimately report into the Community Admin and myself. No major decisions, actions or changes should be made in any department without approval from the Community Admin and myself.
